Time suddenly flashes back to right before the construction on that god-awful condo building commences. The builders decide that instead of a condo, they want to build a meth-addict and pedophile-rehab center. This causes property values in your neighborhood to plummet and you now live in the worst part of the ghetto. And the rehab center is even uglier than the damned condos.
