Have you tried turning off your TV? If that is too hard, then just close your eyes.
If neither of the above seems to work, then you must not want to quit. If you want to quit, but can’t then you are a woman's genitals. |

I am sure GTA IV makes the brain secrete all the same chemically goodness that gambling, WOW, or Everquest does. But addiction to a game is a sign of a weak mind. Now shut the hell up, I have forums to PWN, my Goal Line Blitz game starts in 20 minutes, and I really need to go toss one off to pictures of muppets |

Dear Mr. WooWoo,
Yes, addiction can be a terrible thing, but I’m afraid I must agree with Mr. Gigerth. (He’s so nice and well-spoken for a black man, don’t you think?) Self-denial and discipline are habits, just like sloth and gluttony. You have let your sloth and gluttony habits get out of control, and now it is time to work those discipline muscles, young man! You must bring yourself firmly in hand. You have grown flabby and lazy, and now you must become hard and upright.
Pray to Jesus to give you strength when you sag, confidence when you falter, and comfort when you feel raw. I know that I will be praying for you, and I’m sure you have the support of many other young men here on this little forum.
With all Christian love,
Mrs. Lucinda Sherwood |

addiction is not a simply lack of willpower. it’s a mental abberation that actively strips a person of their self-control. it’s not a matter of just ‘manning up’.
woowoo, if you are concerned about your GTA IV use, perhaps you should ask around for meetings in the area. What you need is structure and a good support group. |

Do they let Chinese people into public meetings now?
