you should have a hot beverage when eating a meal with meats or fats. when you drink a cold beverage, it has the same effect inside your body that pouring cold water onto a frying pan full of bacon grease has. the cold quickly solidifies the fats making them harder for your body to break down and digest properly. keeping them hot and liquified helps you naturally pbum the fats instead of keeping them in your body.
