This seems to be happening to me as well. I’m doing exactly what Cream is doing (grinding for Belgium) and it stopped giving me scoops today, despite me earning enough fans for them. Maybe grinding one forum over and over breaks something somehow.

I thought it was 60 as well, but I saw I did not lose fans on an alt at 56 streak (it was morning after dom). I don’t recall which alt, but my highest my charisma goes on any alt is about 150

I believe it to be 53 actually, unless that’s changed recently…
