This is Advanced Role-Playing, where users are encouraged to contribute to the community by acting out roles, essentially creating real-time narratives.

Unlike the other RP forums, which are more of a free-for-all, in ARP role-playing will be strictly enforced by mods. This means every post you make here has to correspond to your character’s clbum or established character.

Breaking character — or the illusion of RP itself — can get you banned. So, while it’s cool to troll other RPers if that’s what your character’s about, things like alt-revealing, bringing up a user’s real-life issues or critiquing someone’s ability to role-play are against the rules.

Embedded shock is not allowed in ARP. This is intended to be a forum for creative role-play. Repeatedly posting shock images is not real role-playing. You’ll have to try harder than that.

Modding such a forum requires judiciousness and a strong familiarity with the site and its players. Thus, most of the moderation of this forum will be escalated to and handled by our designated “RP mods.”

This can be a tricky thing to moderate, so please be patient and expect some subjectivity. Don’t use the ARP forum to seriously bring up issues or questions — we’ll just bumume you’re role-playing. If you doubt your ability to faithfully role-play, try practicing in GRP instead.
