i don’t really see anything here saying you or your friend ever had to use it. he still did the work, you still have to not post.

Pretty much this, actually. If you agreed to the terms that m0x set out (and I’m bumuming you did, though Ricket could confirm), this is still enforceable. m0x did the work for *you*, not for your friend and *you* entered into the agreement. As far as I can see, there’s no clause that said if your friend backs out that you’re off the hook.

It’s complete bull**** that you think you can back out of the deal now just because your friend isn’t paying you. I did 112 translations for you to perfect spanish. The deal was that I do the work you provide me, and once that’s done, you don’t post for 5 months, and you agreed to this deal. I did all work you provided for me and can present it any time to anyone.

So that the mods can track the dates, you can post until the end of this Forumwarz server day, but posting on your main/any alt from that point on makes you liable for a 5 month toxx ban.

So because you provided less work then originally anticipated you think you have to pay a smaller fee? There’s no clause in the contract for that buddy, should read the bottom line next time. You provided him work, and he did all the work that you provided him. Feel free to provide him more and he’ll happily do it I’m sure but either way dude you banned.

Well, if I’m gonna leave for the whole time I’m gonna get my fair share. I’ll be sending the rest of the work within the next couple of weeks. Once I get the finished copies of all of them I’ll leave.
