SPOILER E-peen for beating EP3 NPC?

First of all sorry for my bad spelling. I was just looking trough the ep. 3 spoilerpedia, and i noticed that it said to use the aformentioned weakening skill on him (PurifyingSelector88) this however, was after a had already beaten him without said skill, so i was wondering, since its hard but not NEARLY impossible, why isnt there an E-Peen for doing said deed???

Yeah, it seriously took me two hours and like, 80 or so ego items. It should at least give you a SUPER HURF DURF E-Peen that gives no length. |
