New forum CatRoulette has only one episode 3 moar but that one happens to be Belgium.
I ran at 18 Luck (16 pieces out of 100 drops), 67 Luck (15 pieces out of 100 drops) and 150 luck (7 pieces out of 37 drops).

Frustrating… I tried it one luck value (97) and got 1 per visit for 3 visits then 3 all at once on the 4th, bringing the average drop rate up to 21.9%
Then tried another luck value (201) and got 50%+ rates at first, then hardly any thereafter (average dropping to 12.5%)
Now I don’t know which one was the aberration… maybe I’ll pitch it at a value halfway in between and see what happens there. man-man edited this message on 05/31/2010 1:02PM |

So I dropped some BP on visits (on an alt) and now I’m up to 97/100, that’s pretty cool I guess, but not quite there.
Spread the visits over different amounts of luck, so I’ve got at least 100 drops down on each value I tried. 70 did the best – 24.8%
Also 15% on 31, 17% on 110, 21.4% on 150 and 17.3% on 201
It’s a bit of a ****ed up curve, not so nice as to pick an optimal point and decrease in each direction from there, but I’ll try some more values in between and get some more data on the ones I’ve already tried, see if it still looks the same shape. |
