Where are you from, and what are the odds of getting very well matured cheddar there?
My dad had some… not sure where he got it from, but the taste of the stuff was intense to the point of not being able to eat too much at a time, but once you got over that it was smooth as hell, almost creamy.
Good cheese imo. |

damn, my favourites already got suggested.. wensleydale and haloumi.. but erm..
