Even if it’s got better Offense/Defense, which I doubt, it’ll probably add to Luck too…which is a pretty big negative for any grinders.

spaders: Pay careful attention to which pieces you’re missing and which you get. I just got the final piece of a file (I know for a fact because I’ve been looking for it for weeks), but it didn’t register as collected when I was done pwning. I bug reported it, but I imagine if it’s happening elsewhere, that could help ET track the problem down.
