Poll: Fix Submission Length for INCIT?

A lot of people make a lot of complaints about INCIT. I will make mine short and to the point.
I think the submission period length is way off and needs to be fixed.
Please sign my petition if you agree that we should make the submission period 5 minutes and the voting period 3 minutes.
