Parts of the games that are more than silly - they make no sense | |||||||

Ah, but my RPG takes place in a fictitious imaginary world (like nearly every rpg of that type) so it is not nearly as restricted by it’s very nature.
Is the setting for Forumwarz not the modern day world we live in? I believe it is. |

More or less modern. Forumwarz struck me as taking place somewhere between 2003 and 2006, before Web 2.0 took off. A good chunk of my enjoyment from Episode 1 came from nostalgia. |

i think “flezz” should be replaced with “internets” and your Spendfriend account should be linked to the people that send you the “internets.” That would save a step of PWNing your deliveries as well as making moar sense. |

Now that I think about it, it is pretty absurd to send someone gifts for being a disruptive and/or awful forum user. I guess if this were the case in reality the OP’s mailbox would be overflowing. kittiejenn was banned for this post by Evil Trout |

I was going mushroom hunting, so I jumped up and hit my head on some bricks but no matter how many times I did it no mushrooms came out? Then I got a concussion. |

Just repeat to yourself “It’s just a game.” You should really just relax. |

CZ should put anontalk into Ep3 as an opposing guild, and reward your efforts by naming an NPC after you.
Of course, the hard part comes in when they try to satirize it, since it really IS bunch of real pedos going around trying to actually troll and spam everything they can into oblivion. |

You know what else makes no sense?
Some old experienced guy sending you an “almanack” (Firefox insists that that’s spelled wrong… the internet says otherwise) that you then have to write all the information into for yourself. If he wants to be helpful, why isn’t he sharing so much as a single item of information? What’s the point of publishing a blank almanac? Why not just send me a notebook for all the good it’ll do me?
Yes, I know, game mechanics. Just having all the info handed over would be kinda cheap. But almanacs are supposed to be informative… |
