How do i know when the second season of Lucky Star comes out nd who fansubs it?

My favourite anime of all time is Lucky Star. And I recently found out that it is very likely that there’ll be a second season to it. I was wondering.. what would be the best way to find out about this second season when it comes out? Will it be posted on anime news websites etc.? And where do I find out who will fansub it?
