I tried to decode the barcode (the binary puzzle was easy) but I can’t find any software to do it Log in to see images!

I took a stab at the Octal embedded in C39. Counting out the bars, I got an octal:
16514215514115115404015 which in binary is: 001110101001100010001101101001100001001101001001101100000100000001101 and translated to ascii: :˜¦I°@ is it supposed to be some kind of face or am I way off? XD |
