Seriously, though, the cooldown time is one of our topics of discussion in the Mod Forum. The fact that the cooldown hits you when you’re attempting to make an edit is really annoying. I’ll make sure that’s added to the conversation, if it hasn’t been already.

You could do it with a firefox add-on easily.

MST did that. it was unpleasant.

The editing cooldown isn’t right; it shouldn’t be there since you’re not making new posts that bump stuff.

Please don’t write scripts or other work-arounds to intentionally coded limitations. There were reasons those were put in place.

If it’s manual, it’s allowed. If it’s a script, you’ll find yourself banned to stop your script from running. And if it looks like a script, and you don’t respond to mod attempts to talk to you during it (as happened once with, I think, Fingerz) you’ll find yourself banned because we’ll bumume it’s a script.
