Rules of the contest: Join the game using This Link. Tubmail me with your character’s name. Send (Xaos) an in-game message asking for recruitment into my mafia family. Rank up as normal in the game- Once you are at Thief rank, submit another tubmail to me letting me know. ————————————————————— Everyone who ranks to at least Thief(and follows those other rules) will be entered into the contest. For every rank above Thief, I will re-enter you in the drawing.
The drawing will be held May 15th, in the afternoon- You’ve got plenty of time to qualify. I will use random.org to generate the five winners.
One winner receives 8BP. One winner receives 4BP. Three Runners-up receive 1BP each. ————————————————————— Some notes about playing the game: One account per IP address. They’ll ban both accounts if they catch you running multiple accounts. When you sign up with my Family, I’ll give you $1,000,000 in-game money. As you rank up, you will receive promotion money from the family. Just by qualifying for the BP, you’ll take in $19,000,000 in promotion bonuses.
It’s a mafia game. You have the ability to run drugs, steal cars, rob banks, own casinos/hotels/factories/flower shops(lulz), steal from other players, stab other players, and much more! After bumbumin rank, you have the ability to shoot other players. Likewise, you’ll also be able to be shot. With proper equipping, you won’t die. However, if you DO die, that’s it- Game Over. It’s nice to see a real risk-vs-reward.

If I’m impatient, I can ‘cash out’ earlier for ****tier rewards(i.e. useless honor points, less money than I’m handing out, etc). It’s not much of a reward, seeing as you can purchase/produce 5,000 an hour- and ranking to Thief takes some work. The contest is moreso to broaden the player base… it’s getting a tad stagnant. That and while I’m at it, I’d rather have them in my family than against it Log in to see images!

Simple tips for starting out:
Rank up by committing crimes, and attempting to get your license. Save up money for inter-city transportation- NOTE: The cars you steal through Grand Theft Auto, and these modes of transportation serve different purposes. To buy an inter-city method of travel, on the bottom menu: City >> Factory(lower left box). They’re in the drop-down menu to the right. Cost for transport ranges from $75,000 to $10,000,000. I’m not sure on the lower ones, but with the top-end plane, you may travel to different cities once every 5 minutes.
Travelling is important because the best moneymaker in the game is running coke(and, to a much lesser extent, booze). To do this, on the lower menu: Crimes >> [Drugs or Booze]. To find out what each city is buying/selling for, go Status >> Statistics(the one on the right side). From there, at the top, select Prices. The higher your rank, the more drugs/booze you may carry at any time.
Training your driving skill is a very time-consuming process- Aside from donating and spending Golden Bars(CrimeInc’s BP) on the license, it’s going to take plenty of time. Once you hit 25%, iirc, you’ll be able to start stealing cars, which you can sell or auction off. If you steal Facel Vega FV1’s, they fetch the most money, as they’re the vehicle of choice for later on in the game, when you can group up to pull in some real money.

On that statistics page, under Objects >> Coke Factories… you can see who’s got their own factory. You can either send those people a mail hoping they have space available, or you can enter the forum (listed under City) and ask in the appropriate thread to be hired. As long as you’re active, you should be able to find a factory to work for easily enough.
I’ve got my own factory, but to keep out of the gray area, I’m going to refrain from hiring any FWZ contestants, as I’d profit off you. |
