What is the "buildr" score?

Across the top of the screen, it tells me that I have a 0 buildr score, and 0 submissions left.

I have gotten a few submissions accepted previously, so I am confused what the score refers to.

Also, is there a way to increase the number of submissions you can enter?

ForumBuildr Updates

You can choose to pbum on submissions you don’t feel strongly about either way.
Players now have a ForumBuildr score, that will change based on the quality of their submissions. Everyone starts at 0.
You are now limited in how many submissions you can make in a week. A higher buildr score increases this.

I read some more somewhere and basically, if you get more +votes you increasing the quality of your submissions, you get more.
