It has been discovered that Forumwarz is using MySQL as the database management system. Also, Evil Trout used a SMALLINT to store the number of topic views to save system resources.
In MySQL SMALLINT has the range of -32768 to 32767. Therefore when a topic has more than 32767 views there will be an overflow and the number will become negative. This will make Flamebate malfunctioning, and as a probable outcome, you might be able to get access to other klans forums.
So what can you do to make this happen? Simply by viewing this topic, you have already increased the topic views by 1. To make it happen sooner, you can view this thread multiple times, and also bump it to attract more views.
I believe when this happens, Evil Trout will look into this and award epeens as he feels appropriate. So do it you fabulous persons Log in to see images!
