Also, in case you couldn’t tell I went for the most entertaining, not necessarily the best voices. Everyone did well, but for me this was more of a karaoke idol, not a see who can sing the best competition. |

Man, this was really tough. There are people I really wanted to vote for, but looking at what is to come for the next round I want to put in a vote for those I think did well here, put in a bit of effort, and who will also put in a good show with the random crap that will be thrown at them next rounds.

Everyone did surprisingly well, picking just 7 was painful. I feel like such a fabulous person now with my dodgybum entry Log in to see images!

Fortunato:- you have a cool voice and can sing very well holy ****
Clarity:- having heard the original, and watched the play, that sounded genuinely authentic, and i’m seriously a picky wanker when it comes to music. fantastic job Log in to see images!

I really just wish people had brought that up before submissions ended. It’s one thing to lose because you suck, but it hurts in a really weird way to lose because you’re too good. |

Before anyone eliminates Clarity for sounding to professional, listen to the version of the same song we recorded at home with a laptop mic and posted in the submissions thread. You’ll see she sounds just as amazing with crap equipment as she does in a studio. We left it up to the contest organizers which version would be used, and they chose the one they posted, so don’t hold it against her. Also, the song she sung is naughty, and makes me want to do stuff to her.Log in to see images! But I figured it would be bad form to vote for her, so…
