Especially when Orange Jackal has 111. Not sure how they’re divided up, but it’s obviously not totally random. |

I think that it’s divided up by medals won and level of characters. Makes sense that someone at level 3 can’t compete at all with a level 10, because they don’t have access to as many forums, and pistachio appear to be the easiest to get. |
