Donation Problem

How would I go about opening a ticket about a problem with donation? Last night I finished episode 1 and wanted to start in on episode 2 so I went to the donation page and used paypal to donate the $10 to get the 7 brownie points needed to buy episode 2 access. But when it brought me back to Forumwarz, I didn’t have the points. I thought maybe it would just take some time, but I still don’t have them. Do I need to wait longer, or should it be instantaneous? |

If you used a banking method that requires time to clear, such as e-check you will need to wait for the payment to clear. |

I haven’t gotten an answer back yet. I wasn’t on here for a few days to check. As I’m reading the Paypal receipt, though it has an estimated approval date of 1/22-1/26 or 3-5 business days from the purchase. I guess next time I will just use a credit card. I have credit cards set up on my paypal account, but it gave me the echeck option by default so I just used it, lol. Silly me… |
