um, i think this is incorrect information, legally. he agreed to abide by their rules by joining their site. they have the right to ban him for any reason they deem necessary. CZ don’t just go banning players for no reason because that would be bad for them as a company.

saying that them banning someone who payed money for a service that they offer is “theft” is the same as being a jackbum in mcdonald’s and being asked to leave when you’re only part way through your meal. it’s not theft, you agree to basically not be a jackbum and if you are one enough, you get kicked out. it’s as simple as that and you know that when you join the site.

i don’t know the situation with FF, but i’d bumume he had a hand in getting himself banned. and the mods here are a lot less strict than just about any other site i’ve seen on the ‘net. so he should be thankful he wasn’t banned sooner.

Yeah, but mcDonalds would let you keep your food.
