Is this a good way to tell main from alt?

Barack Obama peen. Am I right in bumuming that only one alt per account can get the peen? Because you can only vote once in the thread. So am I right in concluding that if two persons have the Barack Obama peen those two cannot be the same person? |

Me and my alt have it, so no. Though, I may very well have voted with both- I don’t remember if I did or if that was even possible. But both do have the “extra quarter” peen. |

The peen was given to every alt who either voted in the thread or sent the friend request (I don’t remember which). So, no.
Same deal with Census Taker.
Best chance you have of determining alts from peen is to be aware, online, and really really fast when ones which are given to all current alts of a player are handed out. For example, at the beginning of the period where Patience My bum was first available, you could identify alts when the first person bought into Ep2, and could have a pretty good idea of the first 30 or so alts who was who. Once too many bought it, though, that was the end of that. |

I always think of you by one particular character name, that would be your main by I think most people’s definition of the term. |
