I’m not so sure myself, but I believe charisma boosts the amount of junk you receive and luck boosts the quality of the junk your receive.

But I’d have to check that with a hacker friend to see how much you need for it to actually make a difference Log in to see images!

Welll I have NO charisma. I never leveled it… Soooooooooo yeah.
