What was the best new band/artist you discovered this year?
I heard a lot of new stuff so it’s a hard choice but I’m gonna go with Manchester Orchestra because I got to see them live twice and they absoultely blew me away. To the point were I was shaking and speechless. Not many bands do that to me now that I’m bitter and jaded so A+ I reckon.
What about you guys? I’m gonna try and check out all the bands you say because I like finding new music.
Also they don’t have to be new bands, just ones that you only started listening to this year. |

I recently got into The Real Tuesday Weld, when I found one of their music videos in the Insane article on ED. Quite a good band if you’re into Jazz and Electronica. |

As in French electro dude? If so I was really into him but hadn’t listened for a year or so, so hadn’t heard all his remixes and stuff. The remix of Chick Lit by We Are Scientists is awesome. If you like Danger you should check out the Aust band Midnight Juggernauts, he did a remix of their song Into The Galaxy. MJ are awesome imho. |

I’ve discovered lots of music this year, most of which I have been oblivious to. Muse, Disturbed, Coldplay, UVERworld, and a lot more. I like Muse most because they’re musical style appeals to me. |
