I’m stuck on #7 and pretty much given up. There’s just nothing more I can see that can be done with the second part of the data. First part took me about 10 seconds to get the key, but then I don’t know what the hell to do with it.

Seeing that someone is already on #9… I may as well just forget winning this. Log in to see images!

edit: I also could not possibly hate Google more than I do after damn near melting Google on trying to ****ing figure out #7.

7 was a definite step up in encryption. Don’t get discouraged. Most people got stuck on #2, or #4. Some people are still sending me wrong answers for #1…

I’ve already posted 1 through 5 today.

6 through 9 will go up tomorrow.

When 10 is solved, it will also go up, and eventually spoiler tagged solutions/explanations.

So no advantage to those of us who are through 9 already? Everyone who wants to join in tomorrow and can speed through them would be on the same page when 10 comes out?

so not all of them should be degrees syumbols

And now to wait for challenge 10.

I hate challenge 9, by the way. But only the second part. Had to do it in a way that was unintended by its creator.

Sorry… partly because of what’s involved in setting it up… partly because I thought I feel bad for late starters.

But don’t worry. Very few people who showed up late have made it past 4. Or 2 for that matter. I stopped adding people to the list of correct answers for 1 because it was more time consuming than it was worth. I have so many correct/partially correct answers for 1 and then nothing, it’s sad.

And then it seems after 4, 7 thinned the heard.

Also no more hints from me at all.
