Can't use an AmEx gift card to purchase BP's for Ep. 2...?

So, whats all that about? I already used it to purchase other things, I know for a fact I have enough money left on it to buy 7 BP’s, and yet FWZ (paypal) is saying the card was declined. Any ideas? |
