Unequippable Items

So I got a bunch of junks today but I noticed that some of them have useful properties. In particular: Down the Road, Not Across the Street! An Illustrated Guide to Suicide;and The Art of Flame War.
Now, The Art of Flame War seem almost certainly a troll item since it boost Douchebaggery, so why can’t I equip it? What are these items supposed to do? |

I have this problem, too. I own the following:
CMPLT MRN’S GIDE 2 TXTNG (Max Ego +15) Simple Web Spider™ (Finds .moar files)
But they’re both listed under “Unequippable Items ”
So what exactly can you do with them? They seem pretty useful (okay, granted, I gave no idea what a .moar file is, but I’m about to look into it) but if you can’t use them…? |
