I am pretty sure that it is given randomly once per day. I started in April, but only the alt that I created in May has the epeen. Now besides the fact that it is given automatically at around rollover, we shouldn’t forget that Evil Trout can give anyone an epeen at any time he chooses. So basically BirdofPrey and Scully are correct. |

I’M GOING TO BE YOUR fabulous person ENABLER. The only way to get this e-peen is to be a total douchebag to Evil Trout in a tubmail. I did it yesterday after reading this thread and today I was awarded the e-peen. So if you don’t have it yet, start tubmailing Evil Trout with messages about how much you hate him. It is the only way. |
