Increase the logo size limit to 100kb.

Let’s be quite honest here: It’s hard to compress something to 60kb without losing quality. Most of the time when I make something, I’m forced to go to PNG-8 (which is quite horrible) or even JPG, getting rid of the transparency on the picture.
Can we increase the size limit to 100kb? Most people willing to speedrun turn off images anyway, and it’s not like you can’t just wait for the pic to be done before pwning stuff.
