	DO SHROOMS Sneaky27 Posted: Depends on the kind of shroom. Some will just feed you, others can make you very sick, while one kind that has an uncanny appearance can kill you. Good luck with that. psilocybe cubensis are fairly easily distinguishable from certain fatal mushrooms, even by the non-mycologist. when you ** with amanitas though, you could come across an amanita phalloids (death cap) and confuse it for an amanita muscaria (fly agaric, desirable for it’s hallucinogenic properties). also easily confused for amanita muscaria is amanita pantherina, which may not be uber-holy--deadly as a death cap, but they could make you sick. also to be wary of in the amanita family is amanita virosa, or the destroying angel (**ing awesome name, not so pleasant effects). some cornell professor accidentally ate some destroying angels them mistaking them for inky caps and was lucky he didn’t die: http://blog.mycology.cornell.edu/?p=68 EDIT: huh after looking into it a bit more, apparently there are some deadly mushrooms that can look similar to psilocybe. the deadly ones are of the Galerina family. but there are some telltale signs whether it’s a psilocybe- spore prints on psilocybe are blackish brown to lilac-brown, while those of galerina are light brown to rusty brown (the specifics of different shades of brown may be more obvious to mycologists. i’m not one). also, psilocybe bruise blue while galerina don’t. except for one very rare galerina that also bruises blue. but if you know how to take and read spore prints, that shouldn’t matter since the spore print will still be different from that of a psilocybe. 	Since when does the game remember our forum progress? (when the game stops working mid-forum) okay. never noticed before because i haven’t had connection problems mid-forum before (except in the early days. ahhh, the early days….) but this brings up one question, isn’t there potential for abuse? or did ET make it so you can’t purchase items, purchase upgrades, or equip better items without losing your progress? 	Since when does the game remember our forum progress? (when the game stops working mid-forum) i was surprised to discover after being booted during the last thread in “Everything Sucks Now” that when i went back to the forum later (maybe an hour? forumwarz wasn’t working for me at all), i was still on that last thread with the same amount of ego and same amount of pwnage done. i’m glad my progress wasn’t lost since that was the last forum i needed to get the “Mexico’s Calling” E-Peen, i was just surprised i was able to continue my streak. I just bought a urine cooling system and was really looking forward to using it too but it turns out it’s an “unequippable item”. 	Wireless Headset - 17m? Possibly a Cabbage Posted: Isn’t it reasonable that somebody might thing the Headset (which is potentially unique) might be more important than a leaderboard peen that very few people actually care about? I’m nowhere close to the headset or the leaderboard top, but I’d rather have the headset if I could have one of the two. quoted for great justice. some people would prefer an item that’s fairly exclusive to an elusive e-peen.
