I think I had to make a Klan for one of my solo Alts to be able to use this page. But this allows you to see who has Pwned what forum, and how many forums you currently have Pwned. 	Bug Report Thread - If you must post a bug, post it here! Situation: Partway through pwning a forum, as I refreshed it to clear the standard ‘error’, the entire forum refreshed (meaning that it acted as if I had just entered the forum for a new visit, including the reminder about how many forum visits I would have left after my first move) This is how it happened. I’ve been using the Spoilerpedia List of Forums page to choose which forums to attack to gain Cred as fast as possible. Since I was Level 12, I chose the Level 13 Forum Trident Media (Theramin Edition). As it turned out, I needed to finish that particular Mission anyways, so it was the perfect choice. I entered the forum through the link in the Spoilerpedia, and began to pwn away. Near the end of the 6th (with about 2 threads left to go before the forum was fully pwned, IIRC), I fired off an attack that was more than enough to kill the thread. Before it fully resolved, I got the ‘refresh forum’ popup. Nothing odd there, so I did as normal, clicking on the link in the bottom right of the battle screen. After a few seconds, I got the header reminder of how many forum visits I would have after my first move, and now it seemed that there were six threads in the forum. That was more threads left than should have been, but fewer threads than were there originally. It was like I had started the whole battle over again. But my Ego & Tears totals were not at 100%. I went ahead and finished out the forum, and sure enough, as I finished the next thread, it had reset my counter for number of threads consecutively pwned. After pwning the forum, I checked my forum visit log. Sure enough, it shows that I pwned the same forum twice in a row. And I used two visits doing so. And I missed out on a little bit of cred, since there were about 2-3 threads left on my first run when it occurred. My guess is that since I was on the 6th thread and when I beat the thread and saw the ‘new’ forum with six threads, perhaps the random forum thread number hourly reset occurred right as I was finishing the sixth thread, and when the page was trying to refresh to update my battle screen, it saw that the total number of threads in the forum should be 6, and I’d beaten six, so that counted as pwning the forum. Never seen or heard of this bug before, but it could explain some weird stuff that I have heard about. BTW, not really upset about this, since I wasn’t making a consecutive visit run, and the cred/visit loss was minimal. (view post)	11/02/2008

I never tried to get out of it. The fact that I agreed to deposit the 10 BP with Evil Trout before the contest even began is sufficient proof that I never intended to try to get out of any legitimate payout. I simply wanted an impartial ruling, as you and I both agreed, to determine whether or not you won. If I had made that rule change even seven minutes later, then Evil trout would have ruled in my favor. It was a very close call, and he made a fair decision. It was only because that rule addition actually occurred before the contest officially started that ET ruled in your favor. You insinuate that I intended to welch on our bet. I only read through all this because I had to do so. I’m still not entirely sure about who “turned wilD-22 in.” I don’t have evidence of that either way. I’m also not sure this guenwhyever character. Was there any admission that they were a multi? No, not really. We weren’t sure about whether or not guenwhyever was a multi or not, one way or the other, but figured it was worth a shot either way. Just simply accusing guenwhyever was a tactic to see if wild- would take that bait as well. All through this contest, we were trying to figure out ways to bait Wild- into breaking a rule. Heck, the Bounty Hunter rule made it pretty clear that we would be actively hunting for Wild-. We even discussed faking a screenshot from IDC, but I thought that would be going too far. As far as who turned Wild- in, Bird of Prey was the first person to ‘quote’ Wild-’s post that broke rule #2. And I would say that Wild-, if he agreed that he broke rule #2, would count as turning in evidence on himself. As for the reward: It’s ultimately up to ET, but it’s my bumessment that wilD-**22 would be better off taking the 5 BP. I completely agree. Czarnian bumbumin pulled a rotten (but clever) move on you. And this being a role-playing subforum, I’m going to say it’s kosher. If his methodology wasn’t as airtight, if he wasn’t committed to paying out BP at all, and if he were to deny the original target (you) any of the BP offered, I’d say it violates the spirit of the contest. But if you can get 5 BP out of it, I’d say take it. Thank you. I appreciate that someone gets what I was going for here. There’s a difference between a dirty trick and an illegal move. And how am I dishonorable, seeing as I paid up the BP in advance, and am allowing Evil trout to make the final ruling? I can’t make ET give me back the BP. Hell, he actually charged me the extra BP for the transfer fee. I spent 11 BP to put 10 BP into the pot for this contest. Don’t be sad that I was able to trick you. You aren’t the first person that I’ve beaten in a battle of wits. I’m just shocked that my first gambit was the one that you fell for.
