It’s about a defective Teddy Bear that becomes a superhero when a spotty man sprinkles cosmic dust over him. Ted is then brought to mother nature, who gives him super powers and a mission to FIGHT CRIME.

SuperTed then FIGHTS said CRIME, which usually takes the form of the greedy Texas Pete and his gang of CRIMINALS.

So, yeah, that’s basically it.
