	ITT: Super srs question Ugh ok last thing before I go to bed (I should really start sleeping again) I guess I’m a little young to have too many regrets, so being in the fortunate position of neither marking my own or others lives permanently with my fail, I would say I regret missed opportunities far more in my life to date. I missed so many chances in my personal life over the last year or so, so I just say yes a lot more nowadays. Well my gym is a ****hole and only just bought a free weight bench stand so I’m pretty new at barbell bench pressing so I specialise in Gironda Dips for chest. I can get 12 after adding 20 kilos onto my bodyweight. (with weights not food) Also when I do bench press I use perfect form and I do this variation The neck press Which inherently uses less weight. But yah tl;dr version I always do dips instead and when occasionally I neck press I put up a very modest 180 pounds, since perfect form leads to more muscle size (though not necessarily strength) (view post)	03/30/2009
