Until the release of the Unborn Baby Brother In Formaldehyde, the Master Ball was considered the best piece of Special Equipment in the game. The Wireless Headset had better stats of course, but since it was a unique item to promote the launch of Kyoubai 99.9999% of Forumwarz players will never manage to get their hands on one. However, since Unborn Baby Brothers are only rarely auctioned off, Master Balls remain a solid option for one's Special Equipment slot.
The Master Ball might very rarely be found in the Ppwn Shoppe, but most players will probably get theirs off Kyoubai. It's the most common piece of Special Equipment to be found on Kyoubai, and usually sells for between Log in to see images!
