Speaking of intake, for a large part of my life I had no idea that one of my nostrils was partially blocked. I bumumed everybody got as tired as quickly as I did from a short run, despite the fact that I have a nearly ideal BMI.

Then I had it fixed because of a snoring problem… it turns out being able to take in more oxygen can actually make you run faster longer distances. Who knew…

any advice for side stiches (when your stomache just starts hurting) and i seem to have problems breathing after a run
