It takes some time considering that atomic structures are not rigid like my penile organ but rather elastic and thus for each layer of atoms in the stick you experience some delay which, although negligible in normal cirgreat timesstances, grows mbumively at such immense distances. This is, of course, if such a stick could be built in the first place without it sucgreat timesbing to its own gravity, a bit reminiscent of your mother, and falling and forming a black hole in the centre part of the stick.
