Whatever you do, do not to this. My friend put his phone in a microwave and…well, yeah, mobiles and microwaves don’t work together.

I’d say just wait a few weeks and live off other peoples phone or a home phone and you have one, then just get the new model.

Or do what i said and try to clean the dirt and stuff from the inside, that could be affecting it. Perhaps take off the keypad and dry the underside?
