ChatRoulette.com is a site that, like Omegle, puts you in a chat with a random stranger. Except this time there’s webcam A/V to go along with it.

5/10 you are going to find some guy jerking it in on cam. Another 3/10 you are going to find some schlub that looks bored. 1/20 you are going to find a girl. And the other is fraction left is entertaining people.

But it’s fast, F9 to go on to the next person makes it easy, and it works. But what’s more fun than participating? Trolling.

Some people have taken to wearing masks and such. I made a quick photoshop of a news anchor with an apt headline, and set up Picture-in-Picture with desktop sharing, desktop cropped to my partners cam, to generate this effect:
