That’s what I thought you meant when I responded.

If the current and past holders of the top spot can be retroactively determined, then I don’t think it matters. But if it can’t, then the sooner that gets into place the better — people are manually updating threads with screenshots, and almost bumuredly some people will miss it who would otherwise have gotten it. We don’t want that, lest there be anarchy.
