At some point the person on top would be on top again, but they would have already GOTTEN the E-Peen, so they would not lose the # again, and stay on top.
Lets say its -2 inches. http://www.forumwarz.com/leaderboard/epeen_length?page=1 Scully would drop, Amasius would get it and drop, but then Scully would be in the lead again at 26.49” and would not drop because she already has the E-Peen and would not get it again. Johnny Mac would NOT have gotten it yet, and would be right behind at 26.44”. If he got another +.06 he WOULD get it, making Scully #1 again, with plk in second.
