It’s one of the main reasons people don’t play INCIT as much now as they used to afaik.

Not to mention getting 5 votes for a submission is extremely difficult. This is just going to limit the incentive for most people to get Chocolate, since some can’t get it any other way than through INCIT.

The highest voted poster is at +500. Getting 5 upvotes isn’t as hard as you think, especially for posters that are actually funny.
