No, I actually rewrote the entire thing. I specified that I was surprised that logout link could not be freely posted in RP forums. I also added some new questions, on autospam and how there should be a single page with every rule on it.

I wonder how many times I’m going to have to post this.

Clearly this is an issue of interest to the community, and I though that yesterday I made it clear that we were talking about it. Perhaps I wasn’t clear enough.
