I say it one last time: The service I offer at my store is superior to any other Kyoubai business. If requested, I advice my customers on how to find the best-suited equipment for all occasions and I also help them to get 100% out of their purchase.

I set up custom packages for customers, at no additional charge, and even offer a discount on the packages I set up for them. It seems we think alike, in that aspect.

My prices are high, but I really try to make it worth it. It’s up to the customers to decide if they want to pay more or not – I don’t hide that I am not the cheapest.

Oleg, your store has a lot to offer. It is the best themed-store in Kyoubai. The March 18th insurance alone was an awesome promotion, as I stated earlier.

You are offering the equivalent of a fine European-style Salon. And I think you are doing a superb job.

We have two different styles of stores, and I think we can easily coexist.
