Signed. Nothing wrong about an additional Log in to see images! sink. You can either let Kyoubai keep the deposit no matter if the item is sold or not or you can let it take a small part of the final bid (like 1-3%). Also you could add some kind of additional fee for failed auctions.

Also I think that the fees are too small. They might be appropriate for low-tier items, but they’re way too small for decent .moar files.
