Seriously, why would he need a raffle to raise
Couldn’t he be a little corrupt and use substandard materials or cheaper labor and save up that way?
On a more serious note, this better not be a flezz stealing scam. This better not, or else I’m reporting it to the SEC, although I doubt they will do anything, because they are worthless like that.
To qualify this as a serious discussion, when are the winners drawn?
