Actually I was thinking 2 sections, one covers how common it is and another how it is affected by luck. I think some are barely affected by luck and others can either become less common or more common. so Luck = up, no change or down with how common being there for forums like How Stuff Breaks where that stupid Andy male reproductive organ file is about 85% of everything you get.
