I’m stuck. I’ve completed several mission, and all of my sTalk contacts are offline. I’m not sure if I had used FBO/XSS enough during episode 1 to trigger the **** cop during episode 1, but even she is offline.

I really hope it’s not possible to finish episode 1 without paying the cop, ‘cause if so: big narrative ouch.


I’m guessing I finally did enough FBO/XSS for drrtycop to notice me, but being in ep2 broke the quest.
