I do not understand what auction abuse means anymore

I was allowed to pay 2 mil for a stuffed koala, but a legitimate auction on a rare moar file is closed because of abuse. http://www.forumwarz.com/auctions/show/59724 I’m seriously confused here. What gives? And yes, I did submit a bug report, but we all know how quickly those are resolved… |

Sometimes when I bid 60k on a junk file the auction gets flagged as abuse, can this be fixed also? Although I guess it doesn’t matter as long as I get the bidder point.. |
