Suggestions CompilationI think it would be interesting if each klan had a forum they could contribute flezz toward, that other klans could pwn.
The flezz could be spent on server upgrades: faster servers with more bandwidth allow more “people” to post, giving the threads more Ego and maybe better attacks, but require more maintenance to keep in top condition; more active “members” to post stronger, more damaging replies; a better firewall to reduce the damage done by attacks, but that is degraded over time.
Online members could theoretically contribute to klan defense, if, while the klan server were under attack, a player could use a visit to defend their forum, contributing their class’s abilities to each thread’s defense. The damage done by players to other players would require significant tweaking over time, but it would be an interesting way for klans to directly compete with one another, outside of Domination.
If a klan’s server should go down (be pwned), it should take a considerable investment to get the server back up to speed, and maybe a realtime day or two to get things working again (reduced if klan members are willing to spend visits on getting things back up).
All in all, I think such a system (even if heavily revised) could have considerable impact on the end-game boredom that comes from being level 35 and waiting for the bi-weekly klan raids in order to win at Domination. (view post) |

Fetish Pics aren’t exactly broken, but the combination of bringing Fetish Pics down from 300 to 225 and Hand Bra down from 250 to 200 make me a sad player indeed, when combined with watching that other skill go up from 200ish to 400.
Now our high-end skills are Goosefat’s Recipe Book, then Hand Bra (sort of), then Fetish Pics, and there’s still no utility from the textual assault tree, and the forums do so little damage these days that the recovery tree is lackluster at best.
With two dead-end trees, so to speak, Camwhores are relegated to using the same two attacks over and over again, and having those abilities downgraded without affecting the need for the other skills to be used leaves much to be desired. (view post) |

What will you do if you see JB in real life?JB is Jalapeno Bootyhole, Brainfreeze’s Best Friend for Life. He’s awesome, wrote many of the jokes for this game, and deserves your admiration (if not your respect).
He is a significant portion of the awesome of ForumWarz.

Remember that Greasemonkey Script?The long and the short of HTML and ForumWarz:
Every link in the game points to a URL. That URL directly relates to where you intend to go. Bruce Bear’s has a specific URL. The Ppwn Shoppe has a specific URL. Each forum in the game has a unique and specific URL.
The script translates the Domination page with a series of regular expression regreplaces, taking “Denture Chat” and turning it into:
<a href="http://www.forumwarz.com/battle/1">Denture Chat</a> [DENTURE]
That turns the “Denture Chat” text on the Domination page (http://www.forumwarz.com/klans/domination) into Denture Chat [DENTURE]
It does this for every forum in the game (which is why it requires weekly updating), giving you an easy-to-use list of links to pwn forums through.
It exploits no vulnerabilities (that are not available through simple URL injection), and I report all of the bugs with the game that I find, in the hopes that they are patched as soon as possible.
That said, you have the script on your harddrive now – you can easily view the source of it and figure out how it works. |
